what colour is the pouch that comes with tiffany jewelry,and does it have a draw sting?

1. yes it has a drawstring. and the color is called tiffany blue, it is like a mixture of teal and blue.
2. It's Tiffany Blue (a relative of sky blue) and for small items, the pouch has a little blue snap. I bought my little heart necklace at the flagship store in New York, and they gave me the pouch. It has two compartments for the small items, but I'm not certain about the larger items. I haven't encountered any with a drawstring, but the larger items might need one with that.
