Where can I find personalized jewelry pouches?

I am looking for somewhere I can purchase personalized jewelr pouches. My boyfriends mother makes jewelry and sells it, I think it would be a nice christmas present to get her some jewelry pouches that are personalized. If someone knows of a way to make them, I don't mind doing that either, but I'd want it to look really professional. Any idea's? Thanks!!

1. 2 do it yourself - You can go to Michaels or a craft store and buy the little letter stickers made of crystals or glitter...or you can get a hot glue gun and put them on yourself - look at craft stores and you will find what is best for you - just a suggestion -
