Looking for Large Leather Jewelry Box? I've been looking for a really long time for a LARGE, and i mean LARGE leather jewelry box. I have a massive jewelry collection that I wear daily. Can somebody recommend a good way to organize my jewelry box? This weekend i started with my 'get organized' resolution. When i tried to organize my jewelry box, it ended up looking worse. I have one of those 3-drawer armoire things. I put my earrings in the one drawer and they are all just in a pile. Is there any kind of organizer or anything that works good for you to organize jewelry? Thanks ;)

I am loking for the insides of a jewelry box to make my own? I am looking fo ring holders, and like padding to make an armoire out of what i have. So basically the insides from a jewelry box. Cushions, linings, and everything else even hooks

Where can I get a jewelry box like this? I want a cheap jewelry box that has drawers, a space for rings and a door with hooks for necklaces. I think its called an armoire type of box, but every website I find has them for 60.00 & up, some even at 200.00 and up. Do you know a store, or link to a store that has this type for 30 or under? Can be wood or fake wood and either tan or dark. where can I find small decorative hooks to hang neclaces from, like you commoly see in jewelry armoires? I've also seen small hooks sold as part of a key rack, but would like to purchase the hooks separately. I have looked at all the big box hardware stores without any luck.

how to catch someone snooping through your stuff....? I need ideas for a friend. A family member is house sitting for her this weekend and they are bringing their significant other with them, she is hiding anything really valuable, but shes gonna leave the less valuable stuff in her jewelry box, she wants to like leave a marker of some sort to see if it's moved when she comes back. She plans to take pictures also, but they might not get everything in detail. Id call this a maker or breaker of trust for the house sitting. Any ideas? So far we've thought of like placing a string or piece of paper somehow. It's a jewelry armoire, with drawers in the front and the top opens. Video taping isnt an option, she doesnt have the equipment for it. Thanks!

Should I feel pity or anger? Some guy broke into my dad's house and beat my dead mom's jewelry armoire (a family heirloom) apart with a hammer so he could steal two fake diamond rings out of it. He then helped himself to a meal, consuming an entire box of six year old dry grits (don't ask why dad kept a box of dry grits for 6 years- the world may never know). Clearly, the fellow was hungry so I'm torn between feeling pity for him and wanting to beat him apart with a hammer in retaliation. Questions? Comments? Concerns?

Aproximately how long would it take to move the following items? A queen size bed that needs to be disassembled and reassembled (headboard and footboard) Dresser and mirror mattress and boxspring vanity and jewelry armoire sofa tv desk microwave and possibly 25-30 boxes??? The distance between the two locations is approximately 15 miles (potential to be heavy traffic) one of the buildings has an elevator and the other is a walkup. Would 2 men be able to move these items in 2 hours or do I need to ask for more help/more time???? I really have no experience with this kind of stuff so thanks for any ideas. Well unfortunately, the bed is huge and heavy (sleigh bed) and I think tools need to be used for the assembly and disassembly. A friend of mine did it before.

What WON'T the Army packers take when we move? My husband and I are in the process of PCS'ing across the country, and we have movers coming in a week. This is our first move together, and I'm not used to having someone come pack my stuff for me. I do well with detailed lists, and not having that, I'm a little unsure of what I should pack myself, and what I should leave for them. I was given a basic guideline--nothing that spills, spoils, or combusts. But does that include things like lightbulbs, boxed food, potpourri, candles, craft supplies like glue and paint, etc? And I have a jewelry armoire filled with jewelry--nothing expensive or irreplaceable. I don't mind them moving that if they will, but should I take the jewelry out and put it into a separate container? We have limited space to haul stuff ourselves, so the better prepared I can be, the better. Thanks! Thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback. Jeeper, your comment makes me laugh because my mother grew up military as well, and she told me once that packers came and emptied her dishwasher, packing dirty dishes without even washing them first. That seemed pretty gross, but still made me laugh.

And i'm a good kid.
